Is the lens cover glass or plastic? If the latter, there are a number of plastic polishes on the market (I've used Merguires in the past) that do a pretty good job removing light scratches from plastic.
If you must store your batteries for weeks/months at a time, 33% is ideal.
But if you want to keep them in tip top shape, you must regularly cycle electrons through them. Consider getting one of the power bank adaptors and use your DJI batteries to charge/power your USB devices occasionally...
