I did end up purchasing the iPad 8th generation with 128GB yesterday. Going to try it out later today.

I do agree that the mini would work better due to its size (easier to handle), but with older eyes I want to get as large a size as I can use as most of my usage is short range and I'm always sitting down. I've already had a small impact with power wires between my house and shed (open air)...

I've asked before did not get any replies. I'm looking at buying a new iPad, either the Mini or 10.2 screen. What would the minimum and recommended memory I should be looking at? 64GB - 128GB - 256GB?

I can look at the list (Best Tablets and Phones for DJI GO & DJI Fly (Updated Daily)) and understand what can work with my Mini 2, yet they are advertised as having: "WiFi" and "Cellular" and "Bluetooth" or any combination of these. 1. Are any of those required to be able to use it to fly...

Is there a way to register my purchase of a Mini 2 with DJI for warranty purposes? I haven't been able to find anywhere to do it.

I've only had my Mini 2 for a few days and noticed since day 1 that the drone/battery area gets very warm/hot in use, also while transferring photos from drone to iPhone. I've measured temps as high as 138.2°f and average temps between 125° and 130°. Is this normal?

So far so good. Watched dozens of vids, read hundreds of threads and got my Mini 2 a few days ago. First day spent learning assembly, charged batteries and controller, d/l DJI Fly app and reading everything I could find. Took my maiden flight yesterday very slowly step by step and again today...

First time drone owner DJI Mini 2. I have so much to learn and want to be a responsible operator for recreational use only.
