Very interested in your report. I live in mountainous country in Australia, and frequently fly at 500m…….have not been able to go beyond. Will go up this morning and see if anything has changed for me. Thanks for the heads up.
It is unfortunate for responsible pilots who want to take photos and vids. But it is also understandable given the large number of idiots who want to take selfie footage and intrude into the tranquillity of the parks so that they can impress their Instagram “friends”.
I live very close to Mt...
I live in mountainous heavily forested country in Australia. Eucalyptus that range from 30 to 60 metres. I am on a clearing that is surrounded by trees . Fly an Air 2 s and Mini 2. I have no problem flying behind trees and exit my property by weaving through the trees or go straight up and into...
Very odd. I bought an iPad Mini 5 five months ago, specially to use with my Air 2S and Mini 2.
No problems so far and have used both drones this week.
Bigger screen are over the top….conspicuous and clunky. My iPhone 12 pro screen goes almost back when warm which is all the time as I live in a...
I like your thinking. I’m a retired professional photographer. I have Mini 2 and Air 2 S. I still use the Mini 2 almost daily….great little drone. It’s had many crashes as I live in mountainous forested country. She’s still eager to fly and her photographic results are amazing. I edit most of my...
I have a Mini 2 and an Air 2 S.
I fly the Mini more often than the Air. I edit my photos which are always excellent. It goes without saying that the Air 2S is brilliant.
……so I have no interest in downgrading to the Mini 3.
Depends who I’m talking to. Flying Camera, Curly (Air 2 S ) or drone, a name I don‘t like because most people think of the irritating invasive toy drone, or miltary killing machines. Call it what you may, but as Shakespeare said ; “ a rose by any other name would smell as sweet .”
If it had zoom it would only be digital………
best to take the shot and crop in edit. Same difference. The Air 2 S is brilliant for serious photographers and many pros use it. If you just want to shoot and immediately post on social media then go for the Mini 3.
What a nonsense topic which lacks an understanding of photography, compares something that is a “thing” and has been assessed widely against something that isn’t yet a “thing”, and we have no phototographice evidence, and to top it off we have reference to an iPhone 14 which is also not “a...
