Since having my replacement drone an battery, I have had no problems whatsoever. Flown over 15 times with a few battery’s and everything ok. Must have been a fault on the drone. My only worry this is my 3rd drone now since Christmas!
I sent mine back recently. It was less than 1 month old. Dji have replaced the battery and power board. Hopefully that will put a end to it but Im not so sure with the amount of people having the same problem.
It happened with a battery that I purchased before so I sent it back an they replaced it. Then it happened with the replacement so I swapped it again thinking it maybe a faulty batch. Now it’s happened again with this one.

After 4 or 5 flawless flights my battery decides to play up again!!!! After 7 minutes of flight it went from 43% straight to 0%. It tried to force land thinking it was critically low. I kept the drone up and flew it back to me and just to test kept it hovering in front of me for a further 2 to 3...
Quick update guys. I had the battery replaced. I fully charged it up and refreshed the firmware before I used it. First flight was a success. Hopefully that’s sorted now! Thanks for the advice.
It went from 52 to 0% straight within a second. Then I had a warning of forced landing. When I look at the battery on the info screen when I managed to land the thing it’s still showing green and over half full on all the cells.
I don’t think the battery is actually flat it just thinks it’s flat.
From Argos.
Took one back Friday an they swapped it. Now this has done the same. Dropped to 0% from 52%. I didn’t know if it was a coincidence? Was going to do a firmware refresh with this new battery connected to the drone and see what happens???
