Just wondering what most people are using? 24p, 30p or 60p? I've seen some youtube videos where they mentioned preferring 30 fps, but not all of those were geared towards drone videography. They did mention the 180 rule, where if you're shooting 30 fps, you'd use a 1/60 shutter speed. So...

Really? There's no good way to do FPV with the mini? Aren't there some goggles that connect to my iPhone or something? Sorry, I am totally new to the FPV aspect of things. I see DJI just released a new FPV racing drone, but that headset looks really bulky.

Can anyone recommend some FPV goggles that would work well with the Mini 2? I'm looking for something not super expensive, but decent quality, and not too bulky. Not sure if that exists, but thought I'd ask. Thanks Thumbswayup

Haha, yeah, that video is sort of what I was seeing. They'd flit back and forth across my FOV. It was hard to tell how close they were getting due to the wide angle lens, but luckily no contact was made.

I was taking a quick flight around my neighborhood the other day, and this flock of birds (looks to be pigeons) would not stop swarming around it. Not sure if they were playing, curious or on the attack, but I kept flying around to avoid them.

Thanks. Yeah, the case looks nice. I had something similar for my Phantom, but IMO, the beauty of this Mini is the size. I've been transporting it in the carrying case that came with it, and fitting everything I need into something the size of a small lunchbox is phenomenal.

I looked at mine closely, and the prop cover does exert a bit of pressure on the blades when they are tucked in, but it doesn't seem to be anything major. If I place it on a flat surface with the arms folded in and the blades underneath (without the cover on) they get pushed up a bit, too. I...

Thanks! This is good to know. I really think that's what happened to mine. I bet the prop was warped out of the box, but wasn't visible to the eye. However, when I first spun them up, it was enough that it hit the frame. Maybe there's some sort of third party prop cover I could get that...
