I totally agree. That's the only complaint I have with the tablet. It's painfully dim. I did get an anti glare screen cover and it did help quite a bit with glare. But I will need to find or fab up a shade of some sort for those bright sunny days. Otherwise great little tablet

Yeah mine does that all the time too. Even when it's literally over my head. I don't get it. Seems to fly fine though for a far distance while still blinking

Yeah, you cannot have both plugged in at the same time. I found that out the hard way too.

Ok, thank you. I'll give that a shot. I did cache an offline map of my area when I was on my home Wi-Fi, but I'll try to tether to my phone maybe right before I fly and then go to airplane mode

Anyone know why the maps aren't showing up in the bottom left corner on the go 4 app? When I start up, it says, "home point has been recorded" but it just shows a small white screen instead of the small screen with a picture of maps. I have location enabled, and have Google maps on the tablet...

Not gonna happen without a battery mod. I went 3.5 miles one way and made it back with 2% battery.

I've basically done everything CoopermanUK has done, and seems to be pretty solid. You have to disable or uninstall basically every app on there except go 4 and Google maps. I'm almost thinking about rooting it to totally get rid of factory bloat ware that won't let me uninstall.

Bought a tab A a couple weeks ago and it went back the next day. Piece of garbage. Got the Huawei wunder tablet instead, running great.

Uninstall the dji go 4 app from Google play store. Then Google apk mirror. Get on that site. Search for dji go 4. Scroll down until you find the dji go 4 app version 4.1.3 and hit download. It will install on your phone and you can then sign in. Make sure Google play store automatic updates are...

One guy on here used 4.1.9 and said it was legit.
