All sorted! I put the SD card in the Mavic and downloaded the file from that instead. Cheers!

It’s weird as it’s showing when I power up the drone but how do l download it off the card instead of putting the card in my PC?

Well I can only say what DJI said to me I'm afraid.

Must be a corrupt file as VLC does not open it. Shame, there was some good footage on there.

I took some footage on holiday everything plays fine apart from 1 file. It shows on the SD card as 2.4GB MOV File, but nothing will open it? Any ideas? All footage was taken in 2.7k running at 60fps H.265 D-LOG M. Like I said all the other files open and play fine apart from this one.

I can only report what DJI have told me regardless of litchi saying dji needs to fix or dji saying litchi needs to fix it, DJI are having nothing to do with the app.

The known issues with Litchi is apparently not DJI's problem and they will not be fixing the problem their end as they do not recommend flying their drones through any third party app.

Dammit!
