It took me 4 months of e-mail, phone, chatting to get them to understand that they shipped me a bad remote controller... it was the most nerve wrecking experience i have ever had. I felt like i wasn't valued as customer, and guilty of breaking the remote without evidence. It was HORRIBLE

Everything went well! The only issue i had was landing on a moving boat was rather challenging..

Hello everyone, Who's got some experience flying a Mavic 2 from a boat? I'm thinking about trying it out this weekend, but i am concerned about the high wind speeds that will accompany the surrounding area while the boat is in motion. Will the mavic be able to handle the wind speeds?

Again, it matters because the company is hiding their true identity, which shouldnt be the case. If they employ 100% of their workforce from China, I have no problem with that. its the fact that they hide it. Makes me not trust them. Also, it saddens me that people don't use their 'real'...
