I have flown over the May River in Bluffton, SC with my Mavic Air 2 and as long as you maintain a proper altitude you should have no problems.

I plan on visiting family in nearby Argo sometime this summer and will bring my Mavic Air.

I love flying on Tybee Island because of the Lighthouse, old Fort Screvin, the pier, and most importantly the beach. Can’t fly on the beach on Hilton Head Island legally but the Tybee Island folks say “just be careful.” Come over the Bluffton sometime.

I love flying on Tybee Island.The lighthouse, Fort Screvin, and the beach is a great area to fly. Another great spot is the pier further down the island.

It seems I need to do a compass calibration about every other time I start my Mavic Air. Is there a reason for this? My Spark didn’t need so many compass calibrations.
