We are having a Public Safety Summit that is attached to the AUVSI Pathfinder symposium this year. It will be for indivduals and or agencies that are starting UAS programs. We will be doing live feed exercises (thanks Kittyhawk) and panel discussions, classes, etc.

I have an M2ED and same problem go 4 does not recognize the aircraft and I can't even find the authorization listed in pilot. Not good when we fly the aircraft for LE and can't even fly it around our own facility....

I have filed for and got Toys are exceptions, but there does not seem to be a place inPilot to unlock the aircraft... Anybody got any ideas?

update. DJI was extremely responsive. Actually replaced the aircraft. All is working fine now. Took less than 2 weeks. Couldn't be happier.

Update. I sent my M2E in for repair. It was done under warranty. They told me that it was a bad gimble ribbon cable. I should get it back next week. We will see if it has fixed the problem
