Definately part of the pre flight check for me too. Check props are seated and battery is fitted perfect.

hi all Was out flying over fields today and got chased my a few blackbirds. Any idea if they are territorial? I was out in the open and the two I spotted were getting closer and closer so did what I’ve read here and ascended and returned to my position.

I have the older, bigger iPad and the app is not compatible with my device. Was trying it rather than go out and buy a mini 2, 3 or 4

Month long user. Done all updates and flies like a dream. I just make sure I do all my checks in the house and before flight, being mjndful of surroundings and stick to the drone code. Loving it mate, you won’t regret getting one

I put the extended leg pieces I bought off eBay on mine if I need extra height for take off and landing. Not even considered a hand catch yet and probably will not either. If I can’t take off from somewhere flat(ish) then I won’t put my mavic down full stop
