Thanks. I formatted the SD card to see if that solves the issue. Shot some more today on the internal memory. On my phone it’s still got the weird updating/Clipping. When plugged into a Mac it wasn’t doing the clipping. On the spark going to “media” in the dji go app and clicking “download”...

Hi Pedro. No I haven’t - it’s stored directly to the internal storage. Some footage is on the SD card but I assumed it would be like the spark - that When you download it you get the full video not a cached version.

It's very bizarre this footage was taken on the internal storage - I thought it may have been the SD card that was the issue but it's the same with the internal memory

sorry i didnt explain that very clearly. when uploading to youtube the highest resolution i could select was 720p. - even though my video is recorded at 2k or 1080p YouTube would only let me upload it to a certain quality. the images arent great i appreciate that but i understand this is youtube...

Is this feature unique to the mavic air on the spark you would get the cached version until you clicked download on the app and then would get the quality you filmed in

I think that's just the limitations on YouTube on my device they are 1080p and 2k.

Tried today with auto shutter options but set white balance to cloudy and still have the same issue. Do you think it will be to do with the shutter?
