I take my regular phone, a Note 9, out of my pocket and put it in the controller. Takes a few seconds. I don't put it in airplane mode or turn any radios off. And it works great! One less thing to carry :)

Yes, These ones. The snaps are easy to use and there are no magnets to cause issues. Moderately warm, but I still use my real winter gloves when done flying. (They also run a little small. I have probably average size hands and the XL size works well for me.)
