Litchi is good if you want to do operations manually. But what if you want to do operations on automation?

FOr virtual then I suggest go with FlytNow, you can use it without a drone. (Just virtual) even explore other features of that.

For managing waypoints, you can use - Litchi App with DJI and for the automated one, you can use FlytNow (for more productivity)

You can try Litchi for Manual missions and FlytNow for automated. For mapping, you can use dronedeploy.

You cannot do precision landing in an indoor environment. I think you need to build an additional solution for that or get it from someone who are already doing this.
