Is it for all drones or just those above a certain weight? I'm in Italy and fly a Mini 2 just for its weight under 250 grams, and I'd like to be able to fly it as I do now :(

Did you try installing the previous firmware (or the one you were using before upgrading to 01.02.0300) in order to confirm it's an issue with FW 01.02.0300? That's the only way to be sure it's a FW issue and exclude hardware issues
