Thank you! I have messed around with several free video editing programs. I settled on GoPro studio and that is what I used to edit this. Its interface is pretty simple but has a surprisingly robust editing capability.

This is the culmination project of all the video I took in the past summer hiking near Salt Lake City, Utah in the Wasatch Range. It is such a beautiful area. Please let me know what you think!

This seems like a silly argument over semantics for the most part. If you have a Mavic and want to call yourself a pilot, I don't see why anyone else should care. I do think that the unqualified word "pilot" has become fairly ambiguous however. For example, here is a list of US Air Force...

I have been very happy with the still photo capability of the Mavic. To the point that I've started focusing on photography over videography. Below are some photos taken around Utah. Does anyone else prioritize stills over video?

Lake Mary near Brighton ski resort

It's a wonderful place to hike/camp and at 10,000 feet it's much cooler in the summer than the Salt Lake City area. Here are a couple other pictures from the trip (not Mavic obviously). My wife is working on nighttime photography and there is little to no light pollution in the Uintas.

This is a pano from Wall Lake in east Utah. The lake gets its name from the large rock wall formation (left side of the picture). The wall is popular for cliff diving.
