This is a pano from Wall Lake in east Utah. The lake gets its name from the large rock wall formation (left side of the picture). The wall is popular for cliff diving.
It's a wonderful place to hike/camp and at 10,000 feet it's much cooler in the summer than the Salt Lake City area. Here are a couple other pictures from the trip (not Mavic obviously). My wife is working on nighttime photography and there is little to no light pollution in the Uintas.
Very nice. She is doing light painting! I love it!! This is what got me back into photography. I had worked in aerospace for years doing photography and had gotten burned out on it. Then I saw some shots of the stars and tree's in the foreground. That was it. I got rid of my old film camera's and bought a digital one. Never looked back. Thanks for sharing
