video from micro sd card. I have contacted DJI support , they had this issue before, they advised me to reset to factory settings -> updade to latest firmware -> gimbal calibration. I don't have a time to test it this weekend but hopefully this will sort the issue.

yes, still disconnected or no controls for a drone,

iphone x is not supported yet, i have the same situation. i have contacted dji support and they are working on app update, all we can do is wait.
