Another vote for the Droneguard BP 250. I can fit the Mavic 2 Pro, fly more kit, mavmount, ipad pro 10.5, and still have room in the top two pockets for additional gear. Plus I have two external pockets for water bottle or tripod, and plenty of molle loops to clip additional gear if needed.

Are you saying the 10.5 ipad pro is too big and doesn't fit in that clamp? I'm curious as I just bought the 10.5 pro, and plan on getting a mavmount as well. I'm using an i-Blason case that has an area cut out for the smart cover/keyboard. I'm hoping that the standard ipad clamp will work...

Yes, the cellular models do have GPS while the WiFi models do not. You only lose the Follow Me and dynamic return to home (change RTH location while in flight) with WiFi only models.

Currently Apple has refurbished 256GB iPad Pro 10.5" (wifi only) for $679. I've previously purchased 3 different ipads and 1 macbook pro, all refurbished, and couldn't tell a difference from new. They have the exact same apple warranty as a new product, and I can buy apple care if I choose.

About the only influence DJI has over third party apps is the release of the SDK, so third party software developers can update their software for the Mavic 2. I don't know if DJI has released an update SDK yet that supports the Mavic 2 series.
