I'm having a mavic air 2 drone that is already bound to another account. If I open the DJI Fly app on my android phone, go to Profile, Device Management, Account and Device, the app tells that it is already bound to someone (unknown e-mail of someone), which is not me... Probably some employee...

I've just purchased a Mini, and have set up my Fly app, connected to the Mini, done a brief test flight, etc. I also, at times, may fly another Mini owned by my employer. Am I able to use my phone, with my profile on the Fly app with that other Mini? (but using that Mini's RC obviously) Or...

I'm VERY new at this, and have been watching a few Youtube videos on how to use ActiveTrack. Every video I've seen, when the ActiveTrack icon is pushed, EVERYONE gets 3 choices down the right side of the screen. When I push Activetrack it immediately goes to Trace. I can't, for the love of me...

Can someone help me, Since the latest update, the Active Track doesn't show up the options of Spotlight, Profile, Trace. Also it takes an age to go back to Normal mode. Am I missing an icon to bring the options up? Is it a phone thing? I'm on an HTC Cheers. sMiles

Active tracking was not cooperating at all lol. It did much worse than the p4p. I'm hoping to get the Litchi and see if I could have better waypoints (DJI's waypoints have height limits but I wanted to go lower :( )

Seems like the DJI Go4 app tends get its settings either wiped back to defaults or changed after you download a firmware update, requiring you to tediously go through all the menus and check everything you have so carefully laid out the way YOU want. Is there a way to save your current Go4...

Hi. I'm inspecting some photos taken by the Mavic Pro FC220 camera. Looking at the Adobe Raw profiles DJI is listed with some profiles for FC2xx and FC3xx series but the FC220 is not yet listed. Can we expect that DJI will provide a profile for this camera in the near future ? Tnx, Phil
