I have had my 3rd and newest battery operate on 9 flights.

Yesterday during a level transit in sports mode I received a battery error 6 minutes into the flight. Healthy drones later reported a 0.22V voltage drop in 0.04 seconds which it flagged as "significant".

Just wondering whether this could be an early sign of problems to come with this battery...

Thanks.

I doubt it. Just keep an eye on it for the next couple of flights.

Same battery has had 5 similar voltage drops in one flight averaging 0.21V. The highest was a 0.42V drop. All on the same cell.

When you say a 0.42v drop are you talking single cell drop or total battery voltage? It doesn't sound very good if that is a quick single cell drop.
Have you tried monitoring the cells real time in the DJI GO4 battery screen, to see if one cell is flaky compared to the others. I'm by no means a battery expert, I'm mostly just curious about your case.

I assumed the op was talking about .22v across the pack.
If it's one cell that is a bit more worrying but I would still fly with it a few more times to see if it was just a one off glitch.

Yea if it's across the pack it's not very high.
I just checked some of my Litchi logs and I saw a 0.89v drop during a flight two months ago. Never had any problems with any of my batteries. For the curious the altitude limit of UAVs is 150m in Finland

Cheers Xcel and Robbyg. I will monitor it using realtime. I have a feeling I will be sending it back. My other two battery logs have displayed nothing like it.
