Hi.
Kittyhawk and B4UFLY are both showing no fly in my area because of security. The notam is 0/0224. When I look up the info online, I can not find information that covers my area, which is Las Vegas, Nevada. If you use the app(s), you will see a large area in pink stretching from southern California up to the tip of Montana!!
Am I reading the online info wrong? Is there a glitch with both apps?
..Very confused.....

Thanks. I did spend a few hours there and left confused. the FAA site shows a small map for the NOTAM and it says area A is affected, but my apps show it affects several states....

You can do a Google search for the specific Notam. I found this: 0/0224 NOTAM Details. It shows only a small restricted area along the Mexican border southwest of El Centro.

while that may be true, may relay on B4UFly, which is a FFA app!!

THEY screwed up and wont admit it. Early this morning both the B4UFly and Kittyhawk showed my area back to normal flight rules. Last week and the weekend the apps showed my whole area as no fly for security purposes until the 17th of October. Just an FYI !!!
