1.04.0300 and NFZ update fail

Looking for solution . . . Mavic, DJI Assistant 2, upgraded to 1.04.0300. Assistant 2 said NFZ update is required; however, when I start the update, the Assistant 2 software on my laptop simply closes. I have tried multiple attempts; each time, it says the NFZ update is required, but shuts down the Assistant software when I start the update.
A little more specifically, the update downloads to 100%, but the "transmit" fails.
Any ideas?

Try a different cable, NO USB hub. OR, as suggested, use the phone update from DJI go app.

According to a DJI rep, NFZ updates should be done via the phone/tablet.

I had to re-upgarde the Fw twice thru my phone and wifi

I have firmware 1.04.0100. Today I thought I would try to upgrade the firmware on my Mavic Pro. I charged both the Mavic battery and the remote control. I was able to update the no fly zone, but that is all I could do. It keeps telling me that I have the latest firmware, 1.04.0100. Why am I unable to update my Mavic Pro. I am using my WiFi and going through my iPhone while connected to the Mavic. Any ideas? Thank you!
