12V / USB/ AC Powered Mini-Cooler For Car to Keep Drone Batteries and Controller Cool in Hot Summer Months

My Amazon Prime wishlist keeps growing. Guess I need a temperature gun!

You can get a lot of other use for these, mostly keeping in the vehicle.
They are great for long trips, checking temps of tyres, wheel bearings, radiator and intercooler temps, transmission, etc.

Here they are usually found for about $50 - $60 (AUD) in the auto stores and the likes, but I'm sure you can find one in the US for a lot less . . .
Oh heck yeah ir temperature gun - Buy Cheap ir temperature gun - From Banggood|Shopping USA

I would worry about internal condensation when the cool batteries get hot.

Did you mean to say your concerned about evaporation? Condensation occurs when going from warm/hot to cool. Simply give them a bit to warm up before flying (you need to do that anyway) and you will have no problems.

Condensation can go the other way too.
My cold soda can develops condensation in a warm room/ outside environment.
Humidity outside the can will condense on it.
So as a battery.

I can't fly above 94° anyway - IMU data errors
And from what I read, the next message is "CPU overheat - shutting down in 10 seconds" .
So I don't mess around with that.

Just stick the batteries in clip lock bags before going into the cooler and allow to warm up before removing- you won't have a problem,. I have kept lipos I the freezer for extended periods without any ill effects.

I think you mean when you take the very cool batteries out to the warm moist air.
The soda can develops condensation when outside moisture hits the cold can.
If you warm the batteries/soda can, the condensate evaporates.
