2 batteries charging at the same time

What makes you think you did something wrong?

If you mean the batteries didn't charge at the same time, that's not how DJI's multicharger works. It charges sequentially.

They were flashing at the same time. usually its 1 at a time.

I had that happen once, not sure why but it never happened again and both batteries checked out fine.
