4 Blinking lights on R 3 Conroller

Hi everyone my R 3 controller has all 4 lights blinkning when turned on and does not connect to phone. Failed update of firmware?

I would try to use the DJI Assistant and reload the firmware using the Computer. There are lots of videos on this to help out with the process.
