4x Lossless zoom FHD video

It means they are combining the 2x lossless optical zoom with 2x lossless digital zoom for a 4x total zoom. It is only possible in FHD (Full HD, aka 1080p) because to obtain lossless digital zoom they crop the image of the 4K sensor (vs downscaling from 4K to FHD). When you are shooting in 4K, you only have the 2x optical lossless zoom available because you are using (mostly) all the pixels on the sensor.

That really helped, thanks. Why do they use the term lossless? It is some thing I am not use to hearing.

It's used to highlight that there is no loss in image quality. Most small camera's only have digital zoom, because optical zoom requires more glass, and digital zoom typically means making the pixels appear bigger so you lose image fidelity. I suspect they are trying to drive home the idea that this is a truly useful zoom and not some gimmick.
