5.4K and Android 12

Question 1:
Can anyone view 5.4K video using Google Photos? I downloaded the video, but when I attempt to view it in Google Photos on my Google Pixel 4, it says it cannot play the video.

Question 2:
Does DJI Fly v.1.4.8 (1120) work with Android 12?
