7.5” wont start when pushing the on button

7.5” ultra I haven’t used my CS since I got the sc but now my CS will not start unless you hook it up to the drone. Any help thanks and Happy New Year

I had an ultra which I finally sent back for service. it was sporadically starting. I notice that if I picked up the hinged panel that the battery backs into while inserting the battery it helped the problem. That's probably not it but its something to try I suppose.

Are you depressing the button long enough? You should feel a slight vibration or buzz when it starts to initialize.
