Air 3 A Snowy Day at Spud Woods

Although the Forum Feed will be inundated with snow pics and videos, we just had to go out today and see what we could capture - the roads were too bad to travel far, so we went to Spud Woods in Lymm and flew the AIR3 and the AVATA1...

Some atmospheric, some artistic and some human interest shots - walking, sledging and a snowman - put together with a chilled-out - pun intended - piece of music to make something a little different, but hopefully enjoyable...

Thanks, music was from Suno.com... Yeah, flying through the branches close looks awesome, but it is nerve-wracking to do, but the results are quite breathtaking...

Thank you... Yup, that was us, me the taller one with the controller, hubby the spotter It was perishing old, but worth it for the footage

Our friends in Canada etc must think we’re wimps with the excitement a sprinkling of snow causes but it does make everything very pretty which, coupled with your music, makes a great little film. Thanks hon, yeah, its not like the snow we used to have, I remember 8" in my childhood wasn't an uncommon thing... We wrapped up warmy, but standing around in cold and wet conditions soon chills the fingers, after the first AIR3 flight my fingers were painfully cold, but a wee bit of AVATAing in the relative shelter of the trees warmed them up a bit... More snow yesterday and this morning, but not sure how long it will stay for... Happy New Year to you too
