I know its delayed again but WHY?
It can't be to give manufacturers more time, as they will be racing to get complaint models out as soon as the new rules are confirmed, so it's a chicken or egg first situation.

I have got mine also,at least they can not postpone past January 1st but it is frustrating not being able to fly to A2 C of C now.

congrats, in the process of doing mine at the moment take test 2 weeks today ,dont worry about start date it lasts for 5 years from 31st dec 2020
and will be more meaningful when the new c rated aircraft come on sale ,until then i will continue to enjoy my current so called legacy drones ,for the next couple of years ,
