Accidentally deleted my flight log before synchronizing...

Is there anyway to get it back?? Or do i have to start fresh?? I probably had about 26 flights and around 4 hrs of flight time... I am currently a level 5 Pilot just wanted to add on to my Level.

If you didn't copy the files somewhere they're gone for good.

That's what I figured. No biggie, I just wanted to get that flight time back if possible.
