Good evening to all, I live in Madagascar, I am new and French so excuse my English. Here is my problem, I buy a Mavic 2 pro in a shop in Paris in May 2019 and since I still can not activate the drone

After following all the steps carefully and try several android and iphone smartphones

and several internet modems, I still can not activate my MP2,

can you help me and tell me if it comes from the fact that it can come from the gray market? Is this a stolen product? my SN is he on blacklist ???

I bought it in a shop in Paris and here I am in Madagascar,

the error code dji go 4 is this one:

Activation filed error server (-2) please contact Dji.

I contact DJI and he offers me to return the product to the after sales service but it is impossible for me because I am in Madagascar.

Do you have solutions to offer me because I am short of ideas.

Are you able to Sign Up or Sign In to the GO4 app? I see the latest version of GO4 will not operate without signing in. (The older versions would work without signing in.)

i just finished unboxing and activating my M2P .Yes it can be trying
First i will say you must have the Latest Asstant 2 app to start you update and calibration
.

Plug it in and turn your drone on and Push the liitle button under on of the covers on the drone
Your
your asst program should see the drone
( you might have to wait a bit)
do the update first if that goes through
Do the Calibration step
.
.
and DJIGO 4 App andriod or Apple to finish
Make sure you don't have any older version of GO4 app
.

Good evening, delighted and thank you for your reply Mr charliesRig, After trying everything I always receive the same message that says "activation service errors code 1112"
I contact DJI support and ask them to confirm if I am blacklisted and they answer me after checking my SN
that "technically I'm not on blacklist"
while on many forums it says that the error code 1112
means that the SN in question is either lost or stolen or it comes from the gray market or buy from an unauthorized reseller.
On the other hand, on the forum of DJI one finds cases "error code 1112" solved just by a sending of his SN to DJI.

Here is my problem:

Hi Airnai, upon checking the SN, we are sorry to tell you that
we have received a fraud notification from the buyer’s
issuing bank for the card used to complete the order.
There might be different reasons for the bank to issue this notification: •
The cardholder reported to the bank that the transaction is fraudulent. •
The cardholder initiated a fraud chargeback dispute against the order. •
The issuing bank noticed something abnormal and reported the transaction as
fraudulent on behalf of the cardholder. If there is any misunderstanding,
we highly recommend you to contact your bank to cancel the fraud report
or chargeback dispute, or explain this order to your bank. We will unlock
the aircraft and spare parts when we receive the cancellation confirmation from your bank.
