Activation Problem

Ok, after I put in my email, password & 4 digit code it or goes to a Terms of use and Privacy Policy...screen...it does not appear to scroll all the way down to accept? So I cant get to the Activation screen? did this like 20 times! Can someone please help.

I've scrolled up & down that page 50 times! Even tried left & right...

are you connected to the internet , I think it needs it to activate, but im not sure , as I dont actually own one

Yes, I did my home wifi & my PH hot spot.. both said connected.,

one last suggestion , are you typing the correct user name and password. you could also try resetting your dji password

if this fails try calling dji, they can be most helpful

Alright Steve, got it to activate
They simply had me use another email address & password... whatever, it worked! I appreciate your effort to help!
