Active track help

Hi guys first drone Air 2 wow in love!!! Having a small issue when the bird is in the air and I tap the screen to trace to activate the track menu 99% of the time it is just adjusting the gimbal? I have tried it many many heights. I have a S20 ultra phone. What am I doing wrong? App and software all updated.

It is a quick motion on mine to draw the active track box whereas the gimbal is a touch and hold...then move. Perhaps you're pausing too long before dragging the box.
