I have an issue with my mavic air active track (trace) !
I was trying to follow my self while I was snowboarding but I finally didn't manage to trace my self because of two problems!
1) As you can imagine my altitude decrease while i snowboarding but my drone doesn't lose altitude as a result about 10seconds later it lost me because i was to small in the screen for trace. I searched and i find out that the MA can't go down from the altitude that it take off. Is there any trick to change that?
2) Also I think the second problem is something I can't explain why happens.. The mavic air seems to trace me when i move in a very very slow speed but when i move faster it continues to move with a slow speed and seconds later of course lose me ! If you see the video it seems like it is in spotlight mode but is in trace !
