Adobe Premiere Elements 15 question

For commercial drone pilots doing a lot of video, how many of you use PrE and are happy with it? I know there are many video processing options, but this one seems to fit my needs. One specific question: can Elements handle RAW video and do a good job with all of the tasks necessary for post-production?
I am just starting out, but I don't want to purchase a software that limits me right off the bat.

I use it and have not loaded raw video as of yet. I love what I have used on it though. I've tried DaVinci, Final Cut and others but the Adobe product works best for me I have a Cloud account so I get to use EVERY Adobe product (But it's $50 a month.)

I bought the video/photo combo for $99. Still learning it but seems a little weak in the grading area. Time will tell.
