AEB to HDR Batch Processing.

AEB to HDR Batch Processing.

I am looking for a tool (software) that I can point to a folder which has about 100 files in it and have it take every 5 files and create a HDR file from it and then go on to the next and process all of the 100 files without me doing anything.. Does anyone know of any software that can do this on a Mac?

I use Photomatix Pro. It does batch processing.

If you're an enterprising sort and enjoy learning new tools, you may be interested in Gimp GIMP - GNU Image Manipulation Program. Gimp is an extremely powerful Open Source (free!) image editor that's been around forever (in internet years) which is fully automatable albeit with a bit to very steep learning curve depending on what you want to do and how quickly you want to do it.

Looks like there's an HDR plugin already so you're halfway there! You'll probably have to get your fingers a little dirty with Script-fu and command line and/or adapt your workflow depending on complexity. For some that's part of the fun but it's not for everyone.
