Aftermarket Mavic pro batteries

If you don't mind the platinum color, you can find brand new Mavic Pro batteries (in platinum instead of gray) here:
Camrise (an authorized DJI dealer) has some used gray Mavic Pro batteries in their eBay store for a decent price.

There are some good sellers for these batteries on E-bay just don't buy until you check-out the seller CamRise is great to deal with

Why risk your drone to save a few dollars? If you have an issue with a DJI certified battery the you have options. With a 3ed party you just have an expensive piece of plastic.
I 100% agree. I, also, feel the same way about 3rd party props.

I’ve used the PowerExtra batteries on Amazon for a few years for my Mavic Pro Platinum.

I recently pulled my Mavic Pro out of the closet and completely neglected my 2 batteries for a couple years - so they no longer charge.

So...I am bumping this thread to see if there are any new/updated recommendations for replacement Mavic Pro batteries.

Would love to buy from DJI, but they have no stock on both the grey or platinum versions. They claim more are on the way - so I am hopeful, but also won't be surprised if that doesn't happen.

Because DJI has been out of stock for Mavic Pro batteries for EVER. My 3 Mavic Pro batteries bricked because I left them uncharged for about 7 months. They are all now UNUSABLE (won't turn on, charge etc.) DJI support says replace them. Go to store and still out of stock 6 months later. Aftermarket only option for many bud.

I’ve got the original Mavic Pro and they haven’t made those Batteries for years! I had to go to aftermarket Batteries because the original Batteries swelled up!

I just found out tonight that I can no longer pilot the Mavic Pro for pictures and can only take it to RC fields? Wow. Well I owned it nine years and used it little really. I have the goggles but it appears for vacation that my only option would be a mini pro.

Oh, who shared that with you?

It began when I drug out the drone and started to charge the batteries- all dead. So I began a search for batteries. I ended up placing an Amazon order for them and a new remote battery. Then I went in to re-register the drone (expired). I went in to do that and it asked me about the ID mode. Was unsure so I went out to look up that info and ended up on the DJI site. I read the page and then the posts. A poster was miffed because his Mavic Platinum was not included, he said, in the ID firmware update and DJI released the end of life on the oldest Mavics. I then went back to the register site and entered the name Mavic instead of serial and it said Mavic rescinded no further action necessary. I've been so busy the last few years I let it go and did not keep up I guess.

That's an easy and very inexpensive fix. Just get an RID module like the Holy Stone RID module or Ruko RID module and attach it to your drone with 3M Dual Lock.

Great News!

Will everything DJI-wise still work? I mean it will allow take off and everything even though they did not update it to the RFD and new whatevers?
