Have any of you heard or read about the new technology that is becoming available for drones? Apparently it allows the pilot to use a head gear which allows you to 'think' the drone in any direction. It reads brain waves etc. Scary stuff.

Yes, the article itself was linked in another post. Seems at this point they have only succeeded in causing the drone to ascend and descend using the thought control headgear. It would be a really neat thing if they can work it out.
I think the whole idea stinks to high heaven. Controlling any device by thoughts is bad. Any toy (drone) can be used for bad as well as for good. They will never work this out for good. Somebody somewhere will wreak havoc with this technology. Just look at gun control... wrong people using that. The biggest joy of remote control is solid, dependable hands-on, not some wonky brain wave ****. This is not good in my opinion.
