Air 2s abort hyperlapse

Recently, I experimented with shooting a hyper lapse w my air 2s. Once the shooting started I wanted to cancel it.

I could not figure out how and no luck searching online.

Moving the sticks had no effect. And I saw no option on the dji RC Pro to cancel. I had no choice but to allow it to complete.

Can someone please share how to cancel a hyperlapse on air2s using the RC pro?

On the right where the circle is spinning every time it takes a pic click in that circle. A pop up appears asking to confirm to cancel.

Well, that is straightforward. Not sure how I missed it but will put ‘er up and check. Thanks for the quick reply.

maybe pressing the pause button would have stopped it

Or switching the mode button on the controller from Normal to Cine or Sport and back again should also stop it.

I had the same problem with the hyperlapse with my M3. I could’ve work out how to cancel it after accidentally touching hyperlapse in the menu while taking pano footage. The drone just hovered in the one place and nothing I did could make it move. A pop up appeared warning of low battery which then created some anxiety, especially when it went on to say landing now. It was when this came on I could move it to a safe landing site.
So just touch the revolving circle cancels it then. I think I had tried that in the numerous attempts to get it to stop. Maybe it needs a short tap or a double tap.Pity they do’t tell you these things
