Air 2s battery charging time seems long

I just got a brand new drone back from DJI after sending in a broken one. I have three batteries that were from my friend's old broken drone which was the one I sent in. It seems to have been charging for about an hour and a half and it's doing one two three four in a circle and then repeating. Does the last little bit of charging take longer? I made sure I fully discharged all three batteries today when I went flying for the first time. I unplugged the battery to check on the drone and the battery was at 99%. It's still charging I'm just curious as I'm new to this

Does the last little bit of charging take longer?

I know you figured it out already but just to confirm, that last 30% can take as long as the first 70% (just an example), but you get the idea. It's normal with pretty much all batteries.
