Air 3 Will Not Take Off

Sounds somewhat similar to my previous issue in a way... Trying new RC N2 and flight controls do not work (Resolved - Reinstalled DJI Fly)

I had to reinstall DJI Fly and it magically was able to take off. Hoping this will help you as well.

**Update**

The drone was delivered back to me today (gone for nearly two weeks)

DJI reported that there was nothing wrong with the drone and sent it back.

Dislikes
1. I spoke to three support reps before sending the drone for repair and not one of them suggested uninstalling the DJI app and reinstalling it.
2. Remote control was returned without the joysticks
3. DJI removed my (paid for) FAA decal. No big deal, just don't understand why they did. I'll just need to replace it.

Uninstalling the DJI Fly App and reinstalling it fixed the issue!
