After some research, I understand that the Air 3S is not yet compatible with the 3 (N3?) goggles, as the required firmware update has not been released.

However, is it compatible with the Motion Controller 3?

If so, and since I also read that only one controller can be paired with the drone at any single time, how can I view the video feed on my tablet?

Thank you for any replies.

NO.

there are a variety of ways to do this with goggles its a simple cable hookup or wi-fi I don't own either the N-3's nor the Air 3.

I believe that the goggles 3 works with the air3s and the controller works through the goggles. I easily go between the Avata 2, mini 4 pro and Neo. Just select the correct drone in the goggles and go. Same with the motion controller or fpv controller although I have not yet tried binding the goggles to the rcn2
