Im a fairly new pilot. Ordered the Air 3S day of launch. Flew 8 times but being in the northeast its gotten cold. Last Flight was Dec 24th.

Until today March 8. So about 3 months. I thought i charged them all just before flight. And both batteries and controller looked to charge fine. Now today. nothing works. Did I screw up here?

Ive been reading a mixed bag of things online. From yea its bad. To just let it charge for a really long time.

Anyone else had an experience like this?

If "nothing works" means your batteries won't power up or light on, for the Air 3S they are likely still under warranty. In my experience DJI is pretty good with replacing batteries still under warranty so I would just go that route in case you run into issues later this summer.

You may have Drained them too low for the charger to see them. Can you try charging each one in the Drone?

Have you been charging the RC or did you let it die on its own?

When batteries arent used for a long time, they will put themselves in hibernation. The only way to wake them is by putting them in the drone and plugging in the drone. Same as brand new batteries.

If you let the RC die on its own from a dead Battery you will trigger a condition that will require a firmware flash.
