Air balloon shows are a "NO" for drones....but are Kite shows a no also ?

I've been a bit behind the 8 ball and things haven't gone as well as I wished but it's panning out now and I was able to get some more 'Kites on Ice" work done.

Here's the production of the "Kites on Ice" festival last Saturday February 11, 2023 on Buffalo Lake in Buffalo Minnesota. A beautiful day in early February and was enjoying the above average weather day while being a part of this event. Production of this festival was truly enjoyable and.....
