Planning of shooting a Mavic 3 Pro hovering in a scenic background with another Mavic 3 Pro, at an altitude of up to 1,000 m, wherever it looks good. Has anyone done this or similar shot? Are the two drones aware of each other and keep a safe distance no matter what? Any advice on to prevent crash, vertical/lateral separation, signal interference, account conflict, etc? NO internet in the field.

Happens alot; done all the time. There's nothing automatic to prevent collisions but common sense can make sure there is no conflict. Just set hard limits for the drone doing the shooting and maybe strobe lights.

Definitely not. You'll need to manually navigate around the drone that's being filmed.

Can the 2 controller-drone binds be on the same DJI account or a separate account is preferable, even though there is no internet?

Not quite sure what you're asking. I have 25+ DJI remote controllers and drones bound to the same account if that helps.

1) Have you flown two drones of the same exact model at the same time without any problems?
2) Have you ever switched controller for a drone in the field with no internet?
3) Have you ever switched batteries between M3 and M3P or vice versa with no internet and had absolutely normal flights? (Switch requires a seemingly optional ((?)) Aircraft firmware update.)

Hint: you won't be able to lock onto the 2nd drone for photos and vids so practice your shots closer to ground, you'll get a better reference to separation with the 2 in sight. Then take what you've learned way up high.
Be sure to come back with the results.

If you're in the USA (and I think you are) you cannot legally pilot two drones at the same time. Also, you mention a 1,000-meter altitude; unless you're speaking of being in a mountainous region and you're up on the mountain at 1,000 meters, you cannot legally fly at that altitude either. Why 1,000 meters altitude?
