Hanatora makes a drop kit that’s readily available on Amazon, but it’s got its detractors because of the interference with battery button.



So then I wonder, why not just a bent coat hanger?

The idea is that you make a loop in your fishing rig that loops onto the forward-facing hook. When you’ve determined your drop spot (other side of reef, into a bait ball or school of game fish), simply rotate back to facing the shore, and reverse MA2 quickly to release the loop.
