Airspace description request

Hi.

I am in the immediate vicinity of:
Lat: 45.552536
Long: -122.868455

I am within 5 miles of an airport, but have never had trouble contacting them during business hours, and they are always courteous. The local helipad contact always goes to voicemail.

I understand this area to be "Class E" airspace, based on what my Mavic says when I start it up. I have read that Class E airspace is often NOT at 0 AGL.

Can anybody capable of reading the right charts, tell me if this Class E starts at 0 AGL or other?

If I have your location correct it would place you near the Hillsboro Airport outside of Portland. Looks like you would be just outside the Hillsboro Class D , and the Class E in that area would start at 700 feet AGL.
