When I got drafted back in the 60s they gave me the test that had color dots that when you looked at them would show a number. There were quite a few I saw nothing but the maze of dots. Guy tells me I'm color blind. Looks like they'll reject me and I get to go home. Nope the guy pulls out some 10 gage wires of all colors. Says find the red one, find the green one, etc. Oh well. Like said above its not uncommon to be color deficient in the reds, green and blue.
